Human Resource Management (Coordinate with Project Management Office)

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business would be necessary, along with previous experiences in the HR field.
2. Proven working experience as a HR manager 10~12 years relevant experience - bank or automotive finance/Mult finance company is highly preferred.
3. Skills in English (oral and written)
4. Placement in Cikarang -�Kawasan Industri Jababeka.
5. Indonesian passport holder stays in JABODETABEK.
6. Well Experience in�labor union, bipartit agremeent, HR matters.
